The Hedberg
📍 19 Collins Street, Hobart
Hobart’s premier performing arts centre, blending modern design with historic sandstone. Venue for the opening night on 28 May, primary schools’ day on 29 May, and the hub for the festival weekend, 30–31 May.
Hedberg Cafe
Located in the foyer of the Hedberg, the family-owned and operated cafe will be opend throughout the festival weekend, serving house-roasted coffee and delicious breakfast and lunch options from 9am-2pm. Visit before or between your sessions to refuel, meet friends and soak up the festival atmosphere.
The Forest
The University of Tasmania’s new Hobart City Campus, a striking contemporary space reflecting Tasmania’s connection to timber and landscape. Venue for the secondary schools’ day on 29 May, and Read Write Publish on 1 June.
Bevs
Urban brewery, cidery, distillery, bar and art space and venue for Comics Live on Friday 29 May.
Festival hotel
