Rebecca Armitage
Rebecca Armitage is a Hobart-based author and journalist. As a reporter, she has written stories about the death of Queen Elizabeth II, the coronation of King Charles III, the exile of Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan and the abdication of Denmark's Queen Margrethe. She has also covered several US elections and travelled extensively for the ABC’s International team. The Heir Apparent is her first novel. It is a bestseller in Australia and was a Reese's Book Club pick.
