Lucinda Sharp of Forty South
After Lucinda’s performance career with The Australian Ballet (1974-1984) she became a rehearsal director/teacher for several regional dance companies before studying psychology at the University of Western Australia. On completion of post-graduate studies, Lucinda worked as a psychologist in the performing arts for the Australian Ballet School and Company and the Australian National Academy of Music. In 2012 Lucinda and her husband, Chris Champion, moved to Hobart, where they own and operate Forty South Publishing, the largest Tasmanian book publisher and publishers of the iconic Forty South Tasmania.
