Jane Rawson

Jane is the author of the 2025 essay collection Human/Nature: On life in a wild world, novels A history of dreams, From the wreck, A wrong turn at the Office of Unmade Lists and Formaldehyde, and the non-fiction book The Handbook: surviving & living with climate change. She is the Editorial Manager at Island magazine and co-edited Breathing space, a collection of reflections and projections on nature in Tasmania. She lives and works on Melukerdee country.
